I was hit from behind by a Geico insured while I was stopped at a stoplight on 10/21. The other driver told the officer that he was on the phone and had taken his foot off the brake when his car hit mine. Luckily the damage was not bad enough to make my car undriveable. Attempts by me and my attorney to get them to respond so I can get my car fixed and get a rental have had no response. This is not a big damage accident, but I would be concerned given how they are handling my case. 127c218
