My car and i were rearended by a
geico customer. My car was totaled, a $15,000 toyota RAV4 with
remote start and towing package". Geico shops internet ads to determine my car's value/. They found one more than 75 miles away, however, it lacked remote start and towing package.. Yet geico says it was comparable|. The advertised toyota was asking $11,300 so that is all geico paid me for my totaled one.. I contacted an attorney who said to accept their offer then sue for bodily injury/. A year of legal effort later, the lawyer got $2000, the doctor settled for less than his bill for $1600, and i got $2500". It took a year for the lawsuit and i was still shorted $1,200,. Why Isn't the state
