I understand that
insurance companies make
money off all of us paying month after month and year after year and not paying accident claims, but this situation is crazy! My daughter was driving in the right lane of a two lane road when a car pulled out of the parking lane on the right side and began driving along the side of her car. Both
cars stopped and the people in the other car began yelling obscenities at my daughter who then motioned for them to drive ahead of her. When they didn't move, my daughter began driving -- the other car was stopped -- and as soon as my daughter began making a right turn, the car which was stopped stepped on the gas and rammed into the side of my daughter's car! The police were called and when they arrived, both officers said that the other driver was at fault. The other driver didn't notify
Geico -- which tells me that they knew they were at fault, but unfortunately,
Geico still refused to pay our claim!

same thing happened to my daughter. someone ran a red light and smashed my car. both witnesses said the same thing and Geico refused to pay for either cars damage, after investigating for two months and I was without a car the whole time. I will never use Geico Insurance again.
