Can't even cancel auto pay.
Not sure if I plan to live in the US another 6 months so I canceled auto payment of 6 month premium to switch to month to month.
Again they fail to provide excellent customer service and hit my checking account multiple times for the full 6 month premium despite confirmation of canceled auto payment. Lucking I placed a limit of $100 on automatic payments and stop GEICO 3 times.
Warren Buffet who owns GEICO will have to do better.

From Geico:โReviewer is in unhappy mood.โFrom customer:Gross mischaracterization. No, mood has nothing to do with complaintnor having a bad day.Any reasonable personwould be pissed at Geico.Furthermore, there is a free windshield repair service for dime size cracks that Geico doesnโt tell customers until too late. Replacing windshield is best not reported to geico because of Comprehensive Coverage deductible.
Please take time and review your bank statements. Geico took a double payment out of my acct for the month of may2018.
When I noticed it the second payment that was taken out had the same transaction numbers as the month of Aprilโs that they had taken out already. So the month of Aprilโs and the second transaction in May both had the same transaction #.
How many people are they doing this to and not getting caught?! Pissed off customer
Should've called your bank and informed them any withdrawal from Geico is fraud, beacause you cancelled auto pay. Fraud should not be allowed upon citizens by corporation technocrats.
Now you know why signing up for these "auto pay" options is so dangerous. Best to have the insurance company send you a paper bill which you then can pay either with a check or via your bank's bill pay options.
