They suck. Lost my car two months ago. Still waiting for any payment. I've always been paid quickly by other company's, no questions, no problems. Geico seems determined to earn as much interest on my money as possible by holding payment and keeping the money in their account. Meanwhile, I'm paying interest on the money I spent to replace my vehicle. Geico is a big "No GO' for insurance. Anyone is better, I'd rather be insured by the crackhead on some street corner. At least their response time would be quicker. They might even pay something.
