Well the Lizard finally bites me. I was rear-ended by another GEICO policy holder. They offered me $2022.00 to settle the claim when the doctor bill was $3100.00, nothing for pain and suffering. On four different occasions I told them I was a GEICO policy holder. I sent certified letters stating I was a policy holder. That I was a policy holder and wanted to file a claim against my policy. After I was forced to file a lawsuit they claim they did not know I was a policy holder. I wrote the CEO of the company and he simply sent the concerns back to the office that was ignoring me in the beginning.
I am not satisfied with the explanation that Geico has given Mr. Tony Nicely-CEO and the Insurance Department they have lied in this matter. Please please don't use them for your insurance...gecio treated me like only geico-lizard can.
I am in court now fighting for my rights. This is a clear cut case of Breach of Contract. Do not get mad take them to court. I have read over 100 complaints against them, in Pissed Consumer. Do you think they really cares, there yearly income from the public is revenue of $9,212 billion. Stop giving them your money and their revenue will go down,
