All insurance companies will do that. Even though she lives with her mother and never drives yours car GEICO would be liable per all 50 State laws regarding minors if she visited and did happen to drive your car.

You get what you pay for

My son was in an auto accident. Not only did they not call my son one time, they repeatedly reminded him that they would pay as little as possible. They also warned me that because we lived in the same home, they may have to go after my insurance company for whatever geico wouldn't cover. My son isn't on any of my policies, and he's 26. I have never witnessed atch poor customer service. Ever. You get what you pay for with geico. Pay a few extra dollars for allstate or progressive. Geico doesn't care about their customers.

Problems with payment

This is the worst auto insurance I have ever had. They did not pay for my damages after a dear hit me

I was driving one night and a dear hit me on my right side of my car and my right rear view mirror was knocked off. I had full coverage at the time with geico and they denied my claim. In the past when I had insurance with another car insurance company they paid for my damages. I just bought this vehicle and the finance company required me to have full coverage which I wanted on my vehicle anyway. Please do not buy Geico insurance. I am reporting this to the Texas Insurance Board. This happened over a month ago and my car is in the collision repair shop still because I cannot afford to pay for the repairs out of pocket
