You made a big mistake putting an accident on my policy that I paid for myself out of pocket and never reported a claim to be repaired I called it n when while n church someone knocked my driver door mirror off I called you and told you I dont need a claim because one it wasnt my fault two I said Ill go to Nissan and have it replaced and I will pay for it I didnt need your insurance company so plz take that off because you are wrong to increase my rate for a claim I never used and for someone to hit my mirror and not stick around while the whole time I was in church plz call me yes Im upset 412583****

Geico has been my insurance for many years. This renewal was raised to 295.14.
I've had no accidents or tickets,am considered a safe driver. As of the end of May I will be with another company.

Hi, I noticed in the latest Geico commercial that a man never says when while the water is grating his cheese. Then when theres a closeup shot of his table, the table has shredded cheese on it. I just feel like this is very poor editing and I expected better and will no longer consider using Geico.

Customer Appreciation? Yeah, not so much.
Personally insured 4 or 5 vehicles with Geico for a good ten years or more. But canceled recently due to their extremely slow response on what should have been a very simple claim to pay.
Did the repairs myself and didn't charge anything for labor, which they certainly would've paid had I taken it to a dealership.
Instead they short paid the parts bill and never explained why. I'm just keeping my promise that I'd tell everyone I know how they do business.

IF you want to be scammed out of THOUSANDS of dollars, then I recommend using Geico. I have been a customer of Geico for 7 years and very happy with their car insurance, probably because I have NEVER needed to use it before now.
I got into. minor accident - photos attached and Geico found me at fault and somehow the damage to the car was $4000 worth of damage. Better yet - they don't notify me of this until 7 MONTHS after my accident, when they decide that my premium is going to go up $200. And even better - because I had been so happy with their services - I purchased on umbrella policy through them and at that time, due to changes require of my auto policy for the umbrella policy) ASKED the insurance broker if my insurance rate was going to go up for future payments AND WAS TOLD YES BY $6.
IM SORRY. Unacceptable.
Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone speaking with 5 different individuals and NO ONE could provide any assistance. And don't get me wrong - I understand having an accident leads to increase in insurance rates, but this minor accident does not warrant DOUBLING my insurance annually and NOT being informed about it, especially when I was speaking about cost of insurance wit an agent on 8/4/2023 RUN FAR AND FAST FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I have nine policies with Geico for homes I own and rent out. I purchased a new roof for one of them and emailed them to get a discount on the policy I'd already paid in full.
After multiple phone calls, many many emails (all initiated by me, none by Geico) and seven weeks, they are still stalling and trying not to give me a discount for the policy. I am very unhappy with their horrible customer service and will be getting new policies from another insurance carrier.

A company that I give money to and have roadside assistance didn't follow through with what they are supposed to do
Friday morning I ran out of gas. I called geico and they sent help.
When the guy showed up with gas he told me my Vin doesn't match and refused service. I was on an offramp but cars were still doing freeway speeds. The neighborhood isn't safe either. Geico knew I was there and abandoned there customer.
My wife had to get out of bed to come put her life at risk also for something the big company refused to do. If I did that to my customers I wouldn't have a job
User's recommendation: Having and getting charged for roadside assistance is worthless if ya can't use it

I OVER PAID BILL BY 14,000 AND THEY UNDERSTOOD, THEY WOULD RETURN THE MONEY THRU ACH IN FIVE DAYS. THEY NEVER DID CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND THEY TALKED DIRECTLY TO THE BANK AND SAID IT WOULD BE RETURNED NO REFUND YET THIS IS HOLDING UP MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND I CAN T PAy bills

If they are made aware of any accident, even if it is not your fault, or even if they don’t pay because you paid out-of-pocket, they still report it. So the best thing to do is not even call them unless it’s your last resort.
