I enjoy your commercials except for one, it disturbs me to the core, once again a strong black man is being portrayed as insensitive and an out right *** to others rights. It may be a small thing but those who feel it see it very loudly.

Complaint

I have been in the phone for over 3 hours waiting for an insurance id card. Each time I get transferred, the wait is 30 minutes plus, then a transfer to another "supervisor" then another 30 minutes of "we appreciate your patience" messages.

User's recommendation: seek insurance elsewhere.

Blowing cant get a location where my truck is iv called called and called tire

My truck has been stolen in Montgomery but no one at any of the police down there shows that it has been stolen or recovered what do I need to do

Insurance is a joke my car was stolen 6 weeks ago and I still have not resolved it, nor has a offer even been made.i have a spotless accident free driving.record,the fact that I am elderly cause me

They are ripping off half of their clients do not use them for insurance, they use fly by night smaller enterprises,and sublet agents that will cook their books to show profit at your expense

Phone line suck

I waited 27 mins on hold then u guy *** hung up on me...Im pissed... and this whole damn thing is your fault... u said u couldnt charge my card that I needed to update it... well I called the bank, everything is good on there end... and theres more then enough money in the account...this is an Error on you part and it has now cost me and my business time and money... I dont have the time to babysit you guys and make sure u can handle charging me... its been set up for automatic withdrawal and u guys still messed it up...u guys need to fix this, not me... and I would like to be reimbursed for my time

Poor customer service after an accident

We were hit by a Geico insured vehicle. Police report shows who is at fault. Geico claims they are not able to get in touch with the driver (its been 3 weeks) and they can not proceed without talking to him. The driver is not the owner, they have spoken with the owner. The driver did not have a valid license and the tag on the car was not the tag registered to that car. That driver is not going to contact the insurance company. The car is insured but Geico is not doing what they have been paid to do. If you are in an accident, contact a lawyer immediately and pray that geico is not the company you have to deal with.

Highly upset with phone system

As big a company as GEICO shows to be, why does it take forever to get someone on the phone???? I have been trying to make a payment thru the phone system due to the fact your on line system does not even recognize me anymore. Why is this?? I am completely dumb founded.

Phone service terrible

I just waited on the phone for over an hour and missed several other calls and Geico never answered. It's very important to get to them as I bought a new house and need insurance and my two cars need to be brought out of storage, etc. I hate them right now for wasting all my time and no way to contact them.

29.48 minutes to answer phone.

I'm at a dealership that verifies Ins coverage for customers. It takes over 27 mins for this company to answer a phone every time I call. All other companies answer immediately.

User's recommendation: Go elsewhere if you want good customer service.

The dealership should use the business website, where they can log in and verify coverage, get ID card and binders.
