Difficulty in reaching anyone who would answer question of $40 a month increase. Called for local agent whom I was not able to reach - tried for 2 hours on Wednesday April17.
Finally gave up and called another company who gave me a better rate, explained thoroughly the policy, and was helpful.
I want the auto policy with Geico cancelled as of April 18 and no further deductions from my checking account. JoAnn Seymour

every number i call promises to get me to an agent then hangs up (after having to hear your very long messages

Geico is a piece of *** company. Customer of 10 plus years without any accident and pay these greedy bastards with their bi annual price increases while car ages and when auto pay failed with credit card replacement, reinstated and raised my rates up 80 percent.
When I spoke to agent, the nastiest rep and her responses should be reviewed by management as she should be fired. I will look for another company as this is how they treat their long term risk free customer.

Billing issues
The auto pay was not activated and they did not pick the correct and to use and showed i would be canceled. The issue was resolved
User's recommendation: Pay attention to your billing issues. Never take it for granted that they are okay
Insurance effectivity
Fuel pump went out had to be towed. Everyone including the driver was very professional and helpful. Good experience today.

My home policy was canceled for no reason and I was not even told that it was canceled. I went almost five months without insurance before I found out accidentally that I no longer had insurance.
When I called about it they could not come up with a reason why. Now Im waiting three months for my refund. I waited one hour 18 minutes on hold to check on my refund and no one came on the line to help me. It was at 8:00 pm.
Unacceptable when it said my wait time will be 40 minutes. I cannot talk to a person.

I am a Geico customer and was hit and ran by another Geico customer that was found at fault and the police report stated that fact. Geico refused to call it an at fault accident because the suspect said they did not do it.
Costing me all of the deductible and leaving me without a rental car. Crime pays if you are insured with Geico. They will not return our calls - I have NO idea when I will have a car - they are rude a demeaning on the phone.
Second rate company with second rate employees - we are switching to State Farm and could not be happier about that decision. PLEASE stay away from Geico people they are NOT worth the headache.

Billing
I was told when I signed up that I pay in advance for coverage. If I did not make a payment then I would not be covered.
There is no late payment fee because I pay ahead of time. In the past when you did not receive payment I did not ever send me a bill. Just a plan termination letter. This time I have a bill and its sent to the credit bureau.
Im very unhappy and frustrated. I currently have no car and no need for coverage. When I do get a car again I will strongly cons other car insurance plans.
I tried several different ways to speak to a live person with no success. GEICO has changed and not in a better way.

Car inoperable
I dont have a problem with Geico. My motor blew on my car and it is inoperable. I simply contacted to advise current issue with the car.

Please do not assume everyone who contacts is upset. Change that please!
Cancelling policy. We no longer own the motorcycle.
We sold the bike! We not longer needed the insurance because we sold the bike. Thank you for your quick, knowledgeable service.

Your latest comercial presents an Asian woman who is a teacher that cuts her bangs. Why that is important I dont understand.
Upon entering a basketball court she knocks the hat off the only white child on the court! Then she has a basketball driving to the net knocking the white child down. While all the other children of color watch.
Your commercial clearly indicates that is acceptable to bully a white child!!! Totally unacceptable!!!

I left GEICO this week after over two decades as a customer. They raised my auto rates significantly without any notification or explanation. I am now a happy customer elsewhere (better coverage, lower cost, and enhanced customer service).
