I had an auto accident on sept. 17th , I filed a claim on sept.

19th, I received zero communication so I called geico sept 23rd. to inform them I needed to get my vehicle assessed. I received a claim adjuster call on sept 26th, he came and wrote a estimate for exactly half of the cost of repair, assured me someone would call and reassess the vehicle as this was not his area the normal area. I called geico immediately back and requested to speak to a supervisor, they assured me a call back that day.

I received no call and within 24 hours I recalled geico on sept 27th and spoke to Felecia, who assured and said id receive another call back within 24hrs and left messages with les valentine again to call me. sept 28th I still haven't received any correspondence with my problem, I called back geico and spoke to regina, who I requested to now speak to les valentines supervisor, Andrew nordquist, and she then left messages with both managers and assured a 24hr call back. sept 29th, 24hrs later, I still have not received any callbacks, I called geico and spoke to lewanda, who apologized and got les valentine on the phone, who assured me someone would be by that day to reassess the vehicle that has now been broken down for 12 days with zero customer service from geico. I so paid 400$ cash and arranged a tow to have my truck removed from impound as it is in-drivable from the wreck, I was never offered any compensation for a rental or the tow bill or the tow fee I paid to have my truck removed from impound.

I was actually insulted by the second claims adjuster who basically accused me of having poor maintenance on my truck and said he believed the wreck was caused by a bad ball joint, which is broke off the vehicle laying on the ground, still attached to the broken lower control arm. so if it failed, It in fact would not still be in the control arm armature, which it still is. I am so dissatisfied with the lack of care and customer service it is unbelievable.

it is now October 5th , and I still have not been contacted about a check for the repairs and my truck is still sitting in pieces unmovable.
