Call customer service to review my bill, which has increased by $25.00 without notifying me, I was hung up on twice and last Representative refuse to transfer my call to a manager. I was told the there was an increase across the board.
I have two family members living also in NY with the same zip code that have geico and there was no increase in their premium. I seek help BBB or FTC.
I need an answer why my bill increase without notifying me and if it across the board why my family members premium did not increase. I have been with Geico for eight years and this the customer service I received.
