I get 3 reminders every month to pay my auto insurance. However after a hit and run, witnessed and documented by the local PD, Geico still has not processed my claim, even though they have the insurance co of the other driver and i am not at fault in any way.

I keep getting the run around from the claims rep and her spvr and its been over 2 months.

They are quick to take your premiums and are always asking for a customer approval but they won't even process a slam dunk claim. Worst company ever.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Now after 3+months and after going directly to the driver who hit me's insurance company I am going to get my car fixed. Even the body shop said there was nothing but problems with GEICO CLAIMS.

This company and its' employees are the biggest bunch of *** in the industry. Since GEICO doesn't care about word of mouth or bad reviews I can only caution others that they will make your claim process unbearable.

So True I'm a customer if Farmers and a GEICO customer *** ended my sweet *** JEEP one fine day almost 6 months ago and since I didn't allow their IDIOT WANNA BEE ADJUSTORS to even think about trying to guess what is wrong by eyesight!!! I am not being paid what is owed for the repairs due to me from their customer slamming into me while I was at a complete stop!!!

They give you a HUGE *** run-around when you try to get them to understand that they need to reimburse myself for this situation!!

They just continue to avoid and throw all the speed bumps they can into my situation being compensated as my repair shop has documented the need and cost for true DAMAGES done by their Customer!!!This is not cool!! I'm going to have to see an attorney for this next because I live in a Country that was not built on SHAWDY Horrible acting customer care as DEAR GEICO has done to my family and many more..this needs to STOP!!!
