Lowering my premium

I need to lower my premium. Ive been with gieco for years and ive gotten other quotes that are substantially lower, but i want to stay with you and also add another vehicle but i cant if i dont get a lower rate

I took my car a week ago to get an estimate for damage and have not heard back sincets

Called GEICO, telephone agent will call Blake, to view the pictures and make an estimate. He will contact me when to take to the shop.

Trying to reach someone my phone as an emergency- I lost my phone so it literally took 3 weeks to actually speak to someone to pay my bill?????? So its like I paid over $300:/

User's recommendation: Apparently nobody takes phone calls in this world so if u lose ur cellphone during these crazy days good luck it took me literally 3 weeks before I could talk to a person on the phone????

Roadside assistance

The worst company ever Cant wait to get insurance from another company I called for help and they hung up on me 3 different times Left bike on the side of the road told them they could buy a new bike if they dont come pick it up Just like that they finally sent a tow truck I hate Geico never buy insurance from these crooks

Question about when my payment was due

When I first began to deal with Geiko I was so delighted that it was easy to speak to a "real" person when I called. I understand the changes we've experienced with COVID; but it seemed that Geiko's telephone service was already diminished before COVID stay-at-home began.

A policy number

trying to get my motor cycle inspection done and the shop needed my insurance information.i was unable to retrieve my insurance card so I called GEICO, I was one the phone for over an hour.. when I told person what I needed they HUNG Up on me. Thanks alot. Hello Dairyland insurance.

#55 runs around town acting like a BULLY. I know this is not the message you intended. GEICO is being overpowered by the bully as it takes away from your vision. Please consider pulling this commercial as i, as well as others in my discussions, find this very offensive and a negative signal. Your name is too good and well known. MY CAR WAS TOTALLED IN A 3 CAR ACCIDENT.., STARTED OUT NICE.., ENDED UP THE WORST INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE OF OVER 50 YEARS!!!!! 8 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF MY CLAIM(KAITLIN)!!!!! 3 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT NEW SUPERVISOR BLAKE!!!!! NEVER A CALL BACK!!!!! SENT A RIDICULOUS LOW BALL CHECK AFTER I SAID DONT SEND ID IT.., IT WON'T BE ACCEPTED!!!!! NOW 36 DAYS LATER.., STILL NO CONTACT!!!!! BEWARE.., SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH STAY WITH STATE FARM.., BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD SAVE FEW DOLLARS.., BIG MISTAKE!!!!!

I wish I could let all of their customers know this is a slip- shoddy company.

Geico rakes in millions each day and toss around nickels like their concrete slabs when it comes to paying claims. I have to put with the company one more month until Gerber finishes repairs.

User's recommendation: Go State Farm. You pay more but it's worth it. Look at your rate this company stars. Which extreme stars are good to worst.
