Geico phone number provided on their Facebook page is +1-800-861-8380. The website provides additional Geico phone numbers including a main line: (800) 207-7847, emergency roadside service number (800) 424-3426, and different property, military, motorcycle and commercial insurance numbers as follows: (800)-241-8098, (800) MILITARY/ (800) 645-4827, (800) 44-CYCLE / (800) 44-29253, and (866) 509-9444 respectively.

There is no direct Geico email address provided on the website but you can fill the contact form provided on the help center under the “Email Us” option.

If you would like to send a mail, Geico addresses vary depending on the issue and the state you are located in. To get the correct mailing address, choose the “Mail Us” option on the help center home page.

Geico customer support is highly engaged on Facebook and Twitter (@GEICO_Service). Facebook indicates that the representatives typically respond to messages within minutes. On Twitter, customers either tweet directly on the feed or send a direct message.

I cancelled and did not receive a refund. I couldn't make contact.

They said they issued a refund but they did not. I could not speak to the customer service line and the call kept disconnecting. I was on the phone for 2 hours. I am so mad I could scream.

This is terrible customer service and should not happen. I will never recommend Geico.

I DEMAND AN AUDIT AS TO WHY MY CAR INSURANCE IS SO HIGH!I am reaching out regarding my current policy and demanding an audit be completed on my account as it has been severely overpriced for the past five years! I genuinely believe something is incorrect or wrong in your system, or I'm being billed double the amount.

I have no tickets, no points, and no accidents; why have I been paying well over $350 a month for ONE vehicle? There were times when it was almost $600 a month! Could you PLEASE look into this for me, as I cannot continue to afford this outrageous amount, especially with NOTHING that would justify such a high rate. I've contacted Geico customer service numerous times, and they always attribute my high insurance to the rising cost of living while being extremely rude and unprofessional, even laughing at me on the phone.

Could someone please investigate this for me? I strongly believe I'm being double charged or something is severely wrong with my policy as I'm being charged well over 2k for a six-month policy WITH NO TICKETS, NO POINTS, AND NO ACCIDENTS!

I cannot afford this any longer, and I would greatly regret having to switch to another insurance. PLEASE, I am begging you!

The rate at which human intelligence is decreasing.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and anger over the mishandling of my vehicle insurance policy by Geico. My vehicle is registered in Florida, and it is illegal to insure a vehicle in North Carolina while it is registered and has a lienholder in Florida.

Despite this, your agent knowingly insured my vehicle in North Carolina, causing a blatant violation of state laws and potentially putting me at risk.
Furthermore, I had no prior knowledge of how insurance regulations work and trusted your agent to guide me correctly. It appears the agent was in a hurry to get a commission, disregarding the legal requirements and my best interests.
The situation escalated further when I sought to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service. I was hung up on SIX TIMES, and the last agent I spoke with was incredibly difficult and unhelpful. This is not only unprofessional but entirely unacceptable.
Your company's gross negligence and appalling customer service have caused me significant distress and inconvenience.

I DEMAND that someone contact me IMMEDIATELY to rectify this situation.

I expect a full refund for the invalid insurance policy and any additional costs I may have incurred due to your company's incompetence.
I will be FIGHTING FOR MY REFUND and will take further action if necessary, including but not limited to filing complaints with regulatory authorities and seeking legal recourse.
I TRULY WISH THERE WAS 0 STARS. 1 IS TOO DAMN MUCH!

I gave up, trying to get someone to help me and ended up with the conclusion that Geico simply did not want my business. Not having a phone number that people can call and get a human being counts against you heavily. Progressive had a person that answered the phone so I ended up buying insurance from them. I just needed one question answered that question was not online anywhere in my multiple request for a human being went unanswered. I was not prepared to shop around. I was just going get insurance from Geico. When I couldn’t do that, I went ahead and bought it from Progressive
