The website provides additional Geico phone numbers including a main line: (800) 207-7847, emergency roadside service number (800) 424-3426, and different property, military, motorcycle and commercial insurance numbers as follows: (800)-241-8098, (800) MILITARY/ (800) 645-4827, (800) 44-CYCLE / (800) 44-29253, and (866) 509-9444 respectively.

There is no direct Geico email address provided on the website but you can fill the contact form provided on the help center under the “Email Us” option.

If you would like to send a mail, Geico addresses vary depending on the issue and the state you are located in. To get the correct mailing address, choose the “Mail Us” option on the help center home page.

Yes, return my last 6 months of car. Insurance, since I was insured through State Farm in and you have the decoration from State Farm sent to you early June. And you're refusing to give me the full last six months of insurance pay to you by automatic payment from my checking account which I did not discover until recently

I called to delete my RV from my auto policy. Yet to speak to a human!

After calling 4 different numbers, I get transferred to the same automatic voice, which takes information, and then am put on HOLD! This is ridiculous, terrible, and aggravating service. Essentially, NO SERVICE!!
I am contemplating CANCELLATION of all my vehicle policies!

The so called "Customer Service" is abhorrent!!! I am MAD!!!

My wife does the bills. Auto pay .

We had a death in the family! Nephew killed in the Army . Plus sickness.
I saw the snail mail invoice what your company was charging us . 2 used , used vehicles.

Full coverage that was not. Denied rental when my truck broke down. We have coverage for that. 40 dollars per day.

If GEICO doesnt compensate us . We will be seeking counseling and making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We got coverage that was what it should be from another Big Company.

I gave up, trying to get someone to help me and ended up with the conclusion that Geico simply did not want my business. Not having a phone number that people can call and get a human being counts against you heavily. Progressive had a person that answered the phone so I ended up buying insurance from them. I just needed one question answered that question was not online anywhere in my multiple request for a human being went unanswered. I was not prepared to shop around.
