Do not switch to Geico

Worst customer service. Increased my bill in the middle of my premium with failure to notify. With no claims or changes made otherwise. “Morgan” just says sometimes, it happens She had zero empathy or desire to explain. I’ll be switching myself and the 6 other family members to MetLife. Goodbye Geico!

GEICO - Still waiting

After 8 months of the unresolved return of my deductible, Geico now tells me that the person responsible was not insured! I find it unconscionable that this was not known immediately! I am now told I need to wait until the deductible is recovered by a bill collector!
