Their client backed into my car at a 3way stop coming out of his driveway . He didn't yield to my car that was at a 90deg angle from his drive .

I was at the stop then proceeding forward ,then from the left side he backed into me. The cop that wrote the accident report said it was his fault ,which it was . Now geico is failing to take responsibility for their clients negligence. Their claims adjustor just says that it's not his fault .

then when told that the cop even put on the accident report that he failed to yield she says she didn't even see that . This company fails to do what is right .

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $750.

GEICO Cons: Dead beat weasles, Difficult to work with, Unconcern know all rep, Extremely poor customer service, How the relationship ended.

Last year, my daughter was involved in a "scam accident". This happened in Florida.

At that time she had just moved there, but still had a NYS license plate. She noticed a Dodge Ram in front of her that was acting peculiar, so she slowed down behind him. She has a Mustang, with a plastic bumper. All of a sudden, the Dodge Ram stopped quick.

Luckily, she was going slow enough when she hit him, that the only damage done to her bumper was the hitch on the back of his vehicle. Her bumper has the hitch dent, and she took pictures, but that was it, and no other damage was done to either vehicle. The guy came out of his Ram, with his cane, all upset. His wife came out crying.

So, my daughter asked him what they were so upset about, knowing that no way did they get hurt from her. So, then, she asked, "why did you stop so abruptly?" He said, "I thought the light turned red". The light had just turned from green to yellow. I don't know about you, but I never heard of a red light being in the middle of the traffic signal..

So, then she asked him if he wanted her to call the police, and he said "no, there is no reason to get the law involved", so unfortunately, she didn't call them.

One week later, she got a notice that they were suing her for injuries. He had his Doctor Duck, and Liar Lawyer on his side. So when Geico called her and asked what happened, she told them, and sent a picture of her plastic bumper, and the agent laughed and said she didn't think that would cause the injuries that they claim to have.

So, she told the agent, the guy came out of his vehicle with a cane, and the woman came out crying, and the agent intrerrupted her and said, "wait a minute, you are saying he came out of the vehicle with a cane?", and she said "yes". The agent said, "well, he is claiming that the reason he has a cane is because of you.". Well, to make a long story shorter, he won 18,000 dollars, and his wife is claiming whip lash. She wants 27,000 dollars.

She was informed from Geico that whatever Geico wasn't going to pay, she was going to have to pay out of her pocket. If that lady did get whip lash, it was from him stopping his car so quickly. He claims leg injuries. Are you kidding me?

A little mustang with a plastic bumper caused those injuries? And why didn't Geico investigate this more? It's also been mentioned that he has other law suits against people with similar circumstances. I can't believe that they are allowed to continue doing this, and noone is doing anything about it.

I am glad I don't have Geico. Unbelievable I tell ya. Sounds like they aren't any better than the other scammers in this world.

The most she should have gotten, was a ticket for following too closely, and even at that, if she was going at a high speed, her air bag would have gone off, and it didn't. I am just so disgusted about this whole thing.
