Was in an accident. No fault of mine.
Drunk jaywalker in the middle of the highway at night. I am having to beg geico to fix my car correctly.
Talked with two adjusters and their supervisor and no one will call me back. This company is ***.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I used to have GEICO and until I had a claim I was happy, then it happened. I was going through a light and a guy turned in front of me.
BANG A cop showed up and that day I took my car to a shop. State Farm (the other guy's insurance company) paid it all. Then I get a notice GEICO had placed me on an indemnity plan. My rates went through the roof, so I went to an independent and still rates were high.
Eventually I got coverage with Liberty Mutual. I have had my car stolen while it was running, an at fault accident which totaled my truck, and I still have reasonable rates. Admittedly this has been over a 25 year period.
BUT GEICO cancelled my insurance when the other company covered the accident. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
Geico mailing service is horrible . Completely unprofessional it takes two weeks to mail a letter from Virginia to North Carolina.
Their staff is unreliable 70% of the time .
One would think that after seventy years in service they should have it together .
Please Geico get it togehty . You represent a big industry !
