GEICO - Manager Review
I just got a policy through Geiko thinking it was going to be great. There was an issue with Geiko not bwing able to withdraw the payment from yhe bank, so they terminated coverage.
When i contacted my bank, i was told it was because Geiko tried withdrawing from a checkings account instead of my savings, like i had specified to the Geiko representative. Then, I had a few obstacles trying to reinstate, including getting higher quotes than originally quoted. I had to pay 6 months in advance and $25 fee to reinstate with a promise to have my account reviewed by a manager. It has been over 2 weeks and i barely was able to speak to a supervisor.
She was extremely rude and did not even try to help me at all. She mainly let me explain what happen to simply say there was nothing she can do. From experience with other companies, she could have attempted to help if she wanted.
It's upsetting to know that a person in a supervisory position is doing her job at a minimal level. Wouldn't recommend Geiko to anyone.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

how could it be "great" in any scenario?
Reno NV Office The business IQ is unimpressive.If low income or make goodpay check. You really should find a 5 Star company.It makes nonsense and backward biz practice on the whole of community to disable the average household income. Comes across as racket or scam.Maybe they should correct the due date rules and improve management.Unreasonable rules does not make longterm money sense.
What is this "Geiko" you speak of? New company?
