GEICO - Auto Claim Review
I was involved in a car accident and since I don't have full coverage Geico refused to pay for the damages on my car caused by someone else's negligence. Their customer service sucks.
Geico never follows up and does not help the consumer pick out better choices. In the mean time the responsible driver that caused the accident still has a drive able car and is still driving in the streets. Geico will never be my choice of insurance for my needs any longer.
I rather pay more for coverage knowing that I will be taken care of if something else happens. I refuse to keep giving Geico my money.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

So, you chose to pay for the plan that does not cover your vehicle, then you get mad because they don't cover your vehicle.
Like anon stated below, if someone hits you "they, or their insurance company" are the ones responsible to cover the damages to your vehicle.
In the most literal sense, you get what you pay for.
Hate to pick on you, but no company will cover collision damage unless you are paying for the coverage. If he was at fault, you will have to go after the driver at fault.
