Impossible To Contact GEICO re Claim

New ReviewerAfter failing to contact a live agent at GEICO, I've now turned to PISSED Customer for help in resolving my claim. I'm trying to find a way to submit the contact information for the woman's shopping cart banged into the right side of my car.
Geico has changed or discontinued all of it's customer service numbers. When you dial those numbers you get ATT operators.

I FIND IT ESPECIALLY IRRITATING THAT GEICO MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE DIRECTLY ABOUT MY CLAIM. I would like speak to someone directly, this coming week, about my claim.
The difficulty getting ahold of someone makes me wonder if GEICO is trying to make it difficult for it's subscribers to use their insurance. ALL GEICO customer service numbers are dead ends.

In this matter I'm trying to give GEICO the name, insurance and phone number of the women whose shopping cart dented my passenger's side, right front panel on 2/25/22.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
GEICO Cons: Not getting even decent service.

This is still not working. I made it very clear that I need a way to report the woman whose shopping cart damaged my car. I want her insurance charged, not mine.
