A Geiko insured person backed into me. geiko emailed me and accepted responsibility 1 month ago.

I got car repaired. I paid the bill. Now Gecko calls and calls (harassment) for more of the same information (stalling tactic), and today 9/6 has written a letter of delayed payment over my "demands". I have made no "demands".

I have never contacted Geiko (more delays and harassment). I am only waiting for this company to make right what they said they would.

Geiko from this behavior is a bully company that lies and denies their responsibility. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
