The umbrella losses on auto claims has been real high, my claims free renewal went up 5% auto 60% umbrella... State Farm, American Family and Costo Connect are picking up the mass exodus of customers leaving Geico because of the umbrella mess ..

it pays to shop as a bundle... State Farm 22% less total proposition...

dump Geico yet keep your Berkshire shares... " if you dont like it leave mentality" will be included in the Geico Q 2 2021 earnings within Berkshire.

Was paying $2758/year for 2 cars with good coverage, for a few years I asked Geico if there is anything they could do to reduce my insurance, they said no. With one phone call to a different company I saved $1500/year. When I called to cancel all of a sudden they had a special matching my new coverage. A miracle!!!

Payment Options

How dare you charge me more because I decline to enroll in auto pay! I will not authorize auto pay! I don't like auto pay! No one will take money out of my account because I need to pay for my medicine first. I have been with Geico for decades; I'm on a fixed income; I attended your classes to reduce my premiums, which saved me a big whooping $5.00. I spent more than that traveling to and from the classes. I have been faithful customer with Geico, but if this is what you're doing to me, I will change insurance and go somewhere else.! I'm mad and disappointed!

False use of my home address by two people not known to me

I have twice received letters from your company seeming to offer vehicle insurance to someone using the name " Ken Wright." who is falsely using my home address as his own. The person Ken Wright has never lived at my address, and is not known to me or my family..My home address is being falsely used by him. for some unknown purpose.... Another person doing exactly the same false thing with your company and others of using my home address as his or her own is named "Corey MorabIto if his happens to you - report them!! Please take whatever action is necessary to stop this false activity.

Geico discriminants against older drivers.

Have been with Geico car insurance for 45 years. Had a perfect driving record, no claims no violations, low mirage, good credit etc. They started raising my premiums because of my age. When the premium was twice that of every other insurance company, I moved to another company which gave me the same coverage for half the price. I regret not having done that 45 years ago. I have organized a boycott of the company and hope that enough people will join so that we can close their car insurance department and move their business to other honest companies. price price at half their puice

Dissatified

-Tried to set up account to access my policy online, -online sign up-repeatedly ask for same info and goes in circle, -called Geico on 7/4, given run around, never reached correct department/person -virtual chat even worse- is this with software or actual person present- responses were rubbish -wasted so much of my time !!!!

Unhappiness of automated phone service

Would like an option to go directly to a customer service representative. Automated system hung up on me twice while I was trying to pay my sons auto billing!!! Finally, a service representative came on and everything was handled quickly!! My kids are with GEICO because I used to be with it, but changed because of the push for online or automated service

Cancelled policy

customer for years, always had some reason not to pay a claim. Latest was wifes car got a small stone chip in windshield. Told by geico agent that if less than a dollar bill could be repaired. Did she want them to go ahead and schedule safelite to do the repair; yes go ahead. Agent came back and stated that the first avai available tech was not available for a week week
