I have been removed from the automatic payment system, and no one is willing to investigate the cause of the fluctuations in my policy payment. I have spoken with multiple representatives, but they have been unable to provide an explanation or resolve the issue.
I am being asked to pay an amount without understanding why it keeps changing.
I have requested that the recordings be investigated, but nothing has been done. Additionally, I was on a non-insurance policy, and I was informed by a manager at GEICO that my billing was also incorrect.

Insurance was cancelled on the 9th of August. It is now August 30th and I'm waiting for a reimbursement check from the company.
I have been very patient. I'm a little disappointed and confused as to why it hasn't arrived. I'm trying to be patient.
The supervisor is supposed to review the information and get in contact with me. I will be following up here if there are any more issues.

Trying to cover up a bit and run and not doing there job!
So my Audi S7 was parked out on the street in the town of Los at 3:00 a.m. on September 15th 2023 I was contacted by the police department stating my car had been hit by a hit and run driver and to come out side and check out the damage to my vehicle.
Some 22 year old driver fell asleep or was drunk and sideswiped my car and totaled it. He ran and fled the scene. The following morning he tried to claim his car but, the police found it and impounded it and had a 30 day hold on the vehicle & so on and so on. I contacted the police they finally released the name of the driver and the insurance company which was Geico and Geico not only did they not come out and do an inspection on my vehicle, they required me to take videos or footage or pictures of the damage to determine them out of damage.
They tried to say that there was only $5,900 in damage because the kids policy was only up to $5,000 in property damage yeah he totaled my $40,000 car. Geico has been trying to get me to settle for $5,000 this entire time it's been over a period Of 6 months since I have not had my vehicle due to their lack of follow through with inspection on vehicles, not in falling Insurance protocols, and leaving me stranded with no vehicle and no way to cover the losses that this, driver caused me.
I have the police report in my favor I have taken it to local repair shops three of them to be exact to get quotes All Above $40,000 and damage yet Geico won't come out and take the car to their repair facility and repair it cuz it was in perfect condition before that kid hit my car but Geico's trying to get out of it by only paying $5,000 which is BS and I will be filing a grievance with the consumer affairs insurance department against them and file a lawsuit for there dull diligence in covering losses that they're insured caused. By the way the da in my county is picking this up as a hit and run case and the kid will be held accountable in a court of law for his actions which I believe is a felony at this point from the amount of damage he caused and I believe it's a year behind in prison and retribution and fines also have to file a lawsuit against the driver to collect my losses on top of that so I am more than pissed about the situation that Geico has caused me
User's recommendation: Hire an attorney for demand letters and file lawsuit immediately do not try to be an understanding victim and try to give them an easy way out because they're just trying to screw you in every way.

I can not get a human unless you press the option to file a claim even though I just need a letter of experience to score my new insurance company that I never had a lapse in policies then through the claim department they never send the right information. Im sick of getting hung up on by the computer this is ridiculous.

I never renewed my insurance and was told that if payment was not received by 12:00 midnight, my insurance would be cancelled. Now, I am receiving notifications of late payments.

I would definitely not recommend Geico to anyone seeking recommendations for auto insurance. After spending an exorbitant amount of time on the phone with customer service, and being reassured by two different agents that my claim was fully covered, and the auto body shop having my husbands car for nearly a week waiting to begin the work, Geico at the very last second informed me that my claim wouldnt be covered.
Weve wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and theyve been nothing short of a nightmare. Im not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but its certainly not one that Ill continue giving my money to.
Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isnt a matter of policy, its a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a manager stepping in and reneging at the last second. This company is unreliable and dishonest, AT BEST.

After years of being a loyal customer, Geico will lose a customer over $35. Yes, you read it, $35.
I drive an older car, 20+ years almost, and never need roadside assistance. Recently, however, I needed a tow because of a leaking fuel line. Granted, I was in a pickle and a distance 30+ miles from the city. I was quoted by the Geico roadside assistance team $5 over whatever Geico covers, which I found out is a lousy 20 miles.
So, I figured $60-$70 fine. It took 3 1/2 hours - imagine if it was snowing & you had kids! - for the tow truck to arrive. The driver could not even find a common park that was right off the interstate!
He picks up and drops the car off at mechanic's and then proceeds to charge me more than the Geico agent quoted. Exhausted and wanting the car detached from his tow truck, I allowed his company to charge me the inflated rate. At this rate, is anyone willing to bicker? I then called Geico the next day and the supervisor refused to honor the rate Geico quoted me, stating these are third-party providers and their rates changed.
However, this shoddy company, Geico, failed to update their system. So why is the customer left hostage to this poor business model? I asked for a credit towards my next month's insurance payment. Geico claimed they could do nothing.
After a decade or more as a customer and zero claims, these corporate parasites couldn't go the extra mile for a good customer! So, in the end, I learned the Geico roadside safety add-on is a waste of money (maximum 20-mile coverage, go to AAA as bad as they have become, you can still get 100-mile tows) and Geico misleads their customers with bogus quotes. I will be taking my business to their competition. At the end of the day, corporate America does not care about the consumer, only filling their coffers with your hard-earned money and screwing you when they have to hold their end of the bargain!
This is another reason I've never purchased American cars... Buy, beware!

I needed a car while my car in repair.
Call GEICO I asked since I have rental coverage can u cover the rental for one week. They bluntly say NO.

I just checked my policy for 2 motorcycles no accidents 3,250.00 they said they based off the two accidents my husband had in his car when he was alive. Im a widow Im keeping insurance on the motorcycles until they are paid off I dont even ride them. Who can afford 586.15 a month in motor cycle insurance and 475 a month in car insurance.
I cant and I will not be priced gouged.
My car insurance with them is 2200 a year went to State Farm 4 cars 2 motorcycle $198.56.
