I just left Geico after years of having the my auto insurance with them. Geico does not care about customer service, and they can be they can be rude especially if you ask for a supervisor.

Our insurance went up after we moved the Florida, and we never had a claim, or accident. We were told it was because of the some kind of new requirement. We insured two vehicles a Ford Explorer and a Mercedes E320 and our cost was actually under $100. per month.

In Florida it stared at $135. not bad so we stayed with Geico but our cost went up from there.

A few weeks ago while driving our granddaughter's car it caught on fire, we still had Geico and for the first time we filed a claim, as we cover ourselves driving others cars, our insurance went up almost $300.00, we cancelled and went to a competitor with a muck better rate. Now we owe Geico $136.00 or so even though we cancelled on 5/8/21 to cover 5/7-25/21 I am not sure it this practice is legal, can you have one car insured by 2 different companies at the same time?

*** claims service

Was rear ended on Thursday, taken to hospital, today is Wednesday no rental, car still not looked at. I am going to loose my job if I dont get a car soon to go to work. Their service is horrible . The adds say claims paid in 48 hours that is not true.

I am pissed at PissedWtf I have a stroke for 25+ years I could not get it the first time I think the name is right on and I HOPE you change it BECAUSE if you do not I am going to change my GEICO (21+ years) to some other insurance company

Non communication and late payment

An insured motorist with Geico Insurance ran into my fence and destroyed a large section and I have cattle in that field. I am not insured by Geico but the hit and run driver was. I repeatedly sent Geico pictures and estimate for getting fence fixed. They never got back to me to tell me they had not received. I had to repeatedly call them and got more of the same. Finally someone gave me their email address so I could send to that agent. Never heard back and was referrred to a supervisor. After many emails, still no answer. Finally, they are cutting a check for me after 2 months. They never sent their own adjuster even though they refuted my estimate.D me tome mem

?The $100 not granted in the estimate. Reason: Geico never sent their own adjuster when they saw a problem. I am absorbing the$100 because I know it would take more months to get the entire amount of estimate.

DRIVER DEFENSE COURSE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET U A CREDIT OF $45.50 OR. $45.10 OR $61. AND CHANGE. NONE OF THOSE ARE CORRECT SO NOBODY KNOWS THE CORRECT AMOUNT

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

GEICO - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have never had an issue with Geico but thats because I had never had to submit a claim until today. I got a chip on my windshield, so before going home I stopped to get it repaired. The guy there asked me what insurance I had and when I replied Geico he said its going to take a while. Wow. He wasnt kidding. He called the claims department and was on hold for about an hour. I gave them my information and then they told me that sometimes they have to send an inspector. They said it was random. Here I am 5 hours later still waiting to get my $40 repair approved. Yes it would have just been easier to have paid the $40 but why should I have to do that? I am beyond upset to say the least.

Horrible experience

They insured a vehicle that I never owned on my policy. They didn't Insure a vehicle I do own - so when I found out I asked for a full refund and they will not issue a refund in the full amount because they say I missed ONE DAY of their drive easy discount and they are charging me an additional $56 because their app would not work correctly, as I was on the phone with them four times to get it corrected. So if you are interested in legalized RAPE - consider Geigo as your next choice in insurance. I will be filing a claim with the state of colorado division of insurance against them.

A few years ago my wife changed insurance companies from Allstate to the gecko which is backed by travelers insurance I had a claim this year a foundation had Frozen and cracked under my garage and was causing structural issues the floor had Frozen and heaved up and I went to turn it in on the insurance and found out that travelers and Geico doesn't cover any damage caused by ice water sinkholes moving ground or anything like that I asked him what they did cover and they seem to avoid anything that could possibly happen they cover fire and that's about it I would not recommend their insurance to anybody because when you need them the most they are definitely not there if I could give them zero Stars I would

Agent will not respond

The Body Shop gave me an estimate, it was 5k more than adjuster gave me.I have emailed, called, left messages etc. I have not got anything no call back nothing. I'm ready for my truck to be fixed, I'm about ready to go seek legal help.

Agent will not respond

Took my truck to the Body Shop he wrote an estimate, that was more than what they gave me a check for, I can't get adjuster on the phone, left message, and also called Geico, they said they would send an email to her and the supervisor, still nothing. I've called, left message, and emails, nothing. I'm ready to get my truck fixed.

To get them to stop flooding my email with emails

2,3, 4 emails a day 2,3,4, emails a day, contacted customer service said they would take me off their mailing list a couple of weeks ago, but they still send them and have not stopped.

BullshitThey still your money *** t don't pay the last 2mmonth fee at end of year of policy they charge double, please don't trust this company. Even when your car someone hit you they don't wanna totally your car they investigate make sure it's not your problem they suck company find another company better!

Recent incident

Im very disappointed with GEICO, my husband called to request help in distress and agent Jackie asked so many questions that my husband just asked to please answer his one question instead using a stern voice, she said, I told you I needed all your information at the start, huffed then hung up on him while we needed help. When someone is nervous is too much to have a little patience and compassion?
