GEICO - Horrible claims department and sale agents
Got rear ended on sept 2,2018 had to pay for a rental out of my own pockets because i told that i had rental insurance come to find out it doesn’t come with full coverage. Also i was told by the auto damage adjuster that my car would be fixed by September 21 2018 abd pick it up at 5pm come find out the shop closes at 5pm and for the weekend which caused me to miss 2 days off work its September 24 2018 and the shop still not fixing my car

I didn't like
- Fact that they just took my money
- Complete disregard for common decency
- Fake persona geico portrays in their advertising
