Pricing is five times higher as it was three years ago customer service six is poor getting in contact with anybody and Geico is impossible and when you want to go over your policy on why its going up so much they give you lame line excuses

Geico has closed all offices in New York State because they a losing money here. Their underwriters have changed the algorithm to qualify for various insurance policies, either cancelling your policy after 15 years without one claim, as happened to me with my Umbrella...

Geico sucks! Can’t reach anyone!

No one seems to wish to resolve simple problem. How to contact customer service. Trying to find current status of insurance. Cant do it will switch companies.

Can’t get support I need

Cant get any help or support. The automated system sucks and just hangs up on me. Frustrated having spent the past hour to get help. No way to treat long standing customer of years and taking thousands of dollars a year in insurance policies. No way to treat a customer. Time to look for other insurance

They owe me a refund.

They sent me a notice that I owed a balance after I cancelled policy. I paid it then they immediately deducted it from my checking account again.now I'm waiting on a refund which should have been refunded immediately. I wonder how many millions they make per year with this practice?rates top jighratesrates

Not responsive……crazy!

Customer service is lazy, They dont answer the phone. They are not professional like they used to be, It took like 30 minutes to get answers from the Automated system.

Geico took advantage of the fact that I had a severe concussion and on medication to get me to sign papers. I plan to contact an attorney who specializes in such things.

I thought Geico was a respectable business.
