Personally insured 4 or 5 vehicles with Geico for a good ten years or more. But canceled recently due to their extremely slow response on what should have been a very simple claim to pay. Did the repairs myself and didn't charge anything for labor, which they certainly would've paid had I taken it to a dealership. Instead they short paid the parts bill and never explained why. I'm just keeping my promise that I'd tell everyone I know how they do business.

Unhappy with very poor customer service

I have nine policies with Geico for homes I own and rent out. I purchased a new roof for one of them and emailed them to get a discount on the policy I'd already paid in full. After multiple phone calls, many many emails (all initiated by me, none by Geico) and seven weeks, they are still stalling and trying not to give me a discount for the policy. I am very unhappy with their horrible customer service and will be getting new policies from another insurance carrier.

Got charged for uninsured motorist after I declined it for 4 years.

They miscalculated my insurance. I was never told uninsured motorist was going to be added.

I have been with Geico for 4 years, never had uninsured motorist. My insurance was lapsed for 1 week, they resold me another insurance and added uninsured motorist. Came December, there was discount added onto my acct and my payment now almost doubled. No one wants to remove the uninsured price.

Every single one of customer service and managers refused to take fault. Once I get another insurance, I will pull my mortgage insurance as well. My insurance is due for cancelation on tomorrow 1make sure you question everything, there is no customerservice, thet are only there to collect your money and blame the state/23. I'm ashamed and angry with them.

I told the lady no I never had it for 4 years, I don't want it now. So she mail and stated she emaid it to me without any explanation. I was always a model and loyal customer. .

But Geico customer service people wants to added something I always rejected which is the uninsured motorist.. I need help from who ever can listen to me please.

I'm a si gle mother, I have 2 cars with a college student living with me. I'm tired.

Billing issues took $2000 out of my bank account and did not inform me. Always had problems with this company. I thought progressive was bad Geicos even worse.. would not recommend this company to anybody ever. They are terrible, but theyre better than progressive.. we need a new insurance company that is actually reputable.

The insurance I received was fine. The cancelation with no proof is unacceptable. No one in customer service will try to fix it.

Cancelled policy of 4 cars, claiming I am ridesharing in a 1999 Ford Ranger! Say I have to get letter from Uber stating I am not. How do you ride share in a Ford Ranger? I also live in rural area where Uber doesn't even go. Have been a customer for over 5 years. Tried to resolve with customer service and it was like talking to a brick wall.

A while back I had a homeless man key my car which I pay extra insurance for those kind of incidents, I had the man arrested and then I did a insurance claim, they said my insurance would not go up because it wasn't my fault, then a week later I received a letter stating my insurance policies would go up an additional $480.00 a year. So I will be going with a different company, hopefully one that doesn't lie :(

You didn't send me any insurance cards for proof of insurance, I need them ASAP because DMV just send letters stating that they would suspend our driving privileges as of 11/20/2023. It seems that youve closed all of the offices in California that are close to me,( San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino so where do we go from here? Adjuster- Negligence towards claim filed.

I rather pay lots of money, to an insurance, that has my back, rather than, be a customer of Geico, and pay an affordable amount, just to not have my vehicle fixed and to deal with a person who I never met, "Called an adjuster."

To whom that it may concern,
I would like to take this time to explain, how especially, negligent, the adjuster that had been assigned to me, had been. I made sure that I had filed a claim concerning my, gray/black, 2014 Nissan Rouge.

I made sure I had taken the proper steps. I called Geico to help tow my vehicle to a Garage close to where I broke down. Then, waited until an Adjuster named Shawn, had been assigned to me. He didn't assist me and my family, not even the least.

My car had never been fixed properly, as I am still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed properly and It's almost a month-in- a half, since the accident- date of accident- July 21st 2023.
I have last spoken with Mr. Shawn, August 28th, 2023, before the Labor Day holiday, and negotiated what we should do with my car's repairs. We spoke about having my vehicle towed to a repair Garage that is closer to where I reside, which is in Chesapeake. However, when I called the Garage, the one farther away.

The staff stated that no-one came to pick the car up. So, my car is still sitting in a Virginia Beach, Garage.

Now, I am on my own to fix my car, of course, when, I transport it to another Garage.
Please intervene, any-way possible, in order for me to complete the repairs, on my vehicle, as well as to give Geico another chance to redeem for a possibility of a positive feedback. Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can give at this time.

Preferred solution: I would like to get my Car fixed properly. The Adjuster that had been assigned to me, was grossly negligent to my car repair needs.

Of the woman in the national news that won after contracting vd in a gieco insured car. This is theft on a different level.

Gieco towed my full insured car to Eagle Paint and Body as per O d aN.procedure. Eagle has worked o car before.

Later I find out gieco adjustor works there as well. To make this short they had therecwpolico consconspirator company tow on a repo List and insurance paid. And cashed a i$5000. HPLUS CHECK WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE AND WITH HELD WHERE UT WAS TOWE and sold my cardodbdcar.

Giving different dates and stories. Giecio normtified after months carvana not me where the carcwas towed. Wichita falls issued a stolen car . No one will help gieco just sent a letter.

This all started March 17 last year.
