Dont want to talk to an idiot computer

I want to talk to an agent! It is not easy to find a customer service phone number on the Geico site. If I ever have to spend time talking to a computer again I will cancel all my accounts

I was informed by an attorney that Geico said dont come to court on the 27th. However, my wifes email is not accessible to me. I did not receive notification. The lawyer told me drop it without reason he said Geico dropped it I would like to be considered, continued case, and that I did not receive proper notification.

Worst home insurance service

Worst experience with American claim management's claim adjusters. No one responds to calls and emails on time. We are having the water leakage at our home and there is no hot water, its emergency situation. I tried reaching them out multiple times via email and phone no one responds promptly.

Unhappy with very poor customer service

I have nine policies with Geico for homes I own and rent out. I purchased a new roof for one of them and emailed them to get a discount on the policy I'd already paid in full. After multiple phone calls, many many emails (all initiated by me, none by Geico) and seven weeks, they are still stalling and trying not to give me a discount for the policy. I am very unhappy with their horrible customer service and will be getting new policies from another insurance carrier.

Im very disappointed, I have had it for years but the quality of the service is very different than before, the work is no longer done the same nor is the costumer service. they did not help me at all in a collision I had with a dishonest person Jose L Diaz Caballero. who tricked me into moving the cars with the police officer on the phone gave his word that he did hit me from behind and then told the insurance company that I backed up and hit him, they believed everything from the other client, totally a lie and unusual that this could happen, I trusted a lot in the assurance that they were going to find out with their people specialized in this but that was not the case. and so in order not to pay me for the crash because the other person has the same insurance. they left everything like this, every time i called it was a different person and i had to retell the story as if they didn't leave records, the last time i left a message they called me months later, i already tired, a girl called me to tell me this case is closed and it's that easy for them. everything is very deteriorated with this insurance unfortunately.

What do you mean “in order not to pay me”? Didn’t your insurance cover to repair your car and any other costs?
