We had 5 vehicles insured with Geico, in May of 2018 one was damaged by a deer, rather than repair the car, Geico totaled it for $750 still very drivable and safe...So we reduced the coverage to just liability, in December of 2020, I discovered they had been charging us for Comp. coverage on that car, the whole time, spent over 20 hours on the phone with them, no-one returns calls, we canceled our policy, and went with a different carrier, Geico has reinstated the policy twice, and billed me (twice) when you call, it says to go to the website, when you go to the website, it says to call....always an hour on hold, and then you get an "agent" who does not have the authority to do anything, so back on hold for 30 more minutes, supervisor comes on, says she will research it, and call right back....never does, after a week, I call back and the clusterfrack starts all over again.....
User's recommendation: Run away ! Customer service as bad as Direct TV (and that is bad).
Monetary Loss: $600.
